well i have some things that can help you with it
1.you must have you utorrent to download it!
2.install the utorrent
3.Go to http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/3883756/Fraps_full_version_[TewDIE]
4.click "download this torrent"
then when you done thats it! install it!
